All content on this website — including text, images, logos, videos, design and code — is the property of Guzman Shoots and is protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property law.

4. Rights Over Produced Material

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Guzman Shoots retains copyright over all filmed and edited material
• The client receives a licence to use the final material for personal or commercial use as agreed
• Guzman Shoots reserves the right to use produced material for portfolio and promotional purposes

5. Bookings and Payments

Booking, payment and cancellation conditions are defined in the individual quote for each project. As a general reference:

• A deposit is required to confirm the date booking
• The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final material
• Cancellations must be communicated with reasonable advance notice
• The deposit may be non-refundable in the event of late cancellation

6. Limitation of Liability

Guzman Shoots is not liable for:

• Temporary interruptions in website access due to technical reasons
• Inaccuracies or errors in website content, although every effort is made to keep it up to date
• Content of external websites to which this site may link
